I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent services at Carriage House Apartments. I am very satisfied with the management and the quality of service provided. I would also like to especially thank the office staff, particularly Britt. She is very kind, respectful, and professional. Whenever I visit the office or pay my rent, she always treats me with great respect and helpfulness. Her behavior and attitude are truly wonderful. 100/10. Calvin, Justin, and Brittany!! I have lived here for YEARS. Will be here for many more Been here through multiple managers and maintence teams. Loved our last management/maintence team and loving this new team overall. They are so awesome. My husband and I are so very grateful for them. Our dryer has been broken and they came and gave us a new one!! Wowzer!!! Brittany in the office is so sweet and kind. She was very patient with me as I asked about dryer updates. I am so thankful for her communication and responsiveness. And SHOUTOUT to Calvin and Justin for hauling that HUGE dryer in!!! I was never so grateful to see them than that moment😂😂. DO NOT RENT HERE. If I could do no stars I would. Upon move in, I noticed an infestation of roaches and cockroaches, the tub was not cleaned, the appliances are hanging off the hinges, and so much more things are wrong with the apartment. The apartment is unlivable. I refuse to move in here. I have consulted legal action to get out of this lease. My fiancée is pregnant and highly allergic to cockroaches so I’m very disappointed. Do not rent at carriage house!

I visited the office today and I was very pleased with Britney attitude. She is the sweetest soul I have ever met. She was so polite and helpful. She gave me a reason to continue wanting to live on the property

My experience has been great. Carriage House apartments has a nice property, the town house is amazing with private gated back patio..Ms Brittany was such a great help, I truly appreciate her assistance..
