Carriage house realty is AMAZING! They got me into my home fast and were very open to hearing and working with my situation. The process was so quick easy but also so efficient! I really appreciate their willingness to provide me a safe and beautiful place to call home

Our application process was easy and streamlined. Landon did a good job on the house tour. The house, despite being vacant, is clean as a whistle prior to move-in. If you read the negative reviews, do not disregard their personal experiences, but instead let it be known that, in my recent experience with them, the criticism is heard and Carriage House is actively improving. Will update the review if treatment is different during our leasing period.

Renting with Carriage house has been so wonderful. They have provided me with the best customer service as well as willingness to work with our family. Wanted to especially mention Lawrence Carpenter for his great service!

Do not waste your time with this company!!! You have been warned they will tell you with your situation yes we can get you into an apartment we explained everything to the young man showing the apartment he said we would be able to move in so did the receptionist. But as soon as we paid for the application everything was different then explained. The property manager is rude. They are in it to make money off the applications they will tell you anything you want to hear so you will pay for it then once you have everything changed. It’s okay don’t trust this company again don’t waste your time you’ll get told what you want to hear I promise after you apply everything changes.look at them trying to belittle take notes. Look how defensive she is getting. Look at the ratings 2.9 on Facebook

I have lived with CHR for 3 years now. They are extremely quick with maintenance request and the office staff was super helpful as well. If you need a rental group to live with, choose this one.
