Carriage House Apartments of Columbia

The property manager is very rude and disrespectful to there resident.They believe what other people say before listening to the whole situation out there. They need better communication skills and better maintenance working that finish there job when they start it. I’m the outside looking in the property.

I’ve had a great experience living in this community! The property is always well-maintained, the staff is professional and friendly, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly.

I love this place ever since I moved here, The neighborhood can get Rowdy from time to time, but it’s A quiet area . Every time I have a problem with my building they always come fix the issue the next day and help me understand the issue I had questions with. The Manager name Briae is the sweetest and have an amazing attitude. She always takes care of her residents and make sure everything properly well taking care of from the previous manager who haven’t finish what they started. If I can give her more stars, I would 10/10 recommendations 20000.000/10 customers service

First things first can I just say that Miss Shaw and the property manager here really are the best and when they helped me with my move in, they were very patient and helpful and I’m so grateful for that and I really love living here. It’s very peaceful. A big thank you to Miss Shaw and the property manager (sorry i don’t know her name😔) as well for welcoming me here and making me feel at home.

I've been living here for a few years now and it's a decent neighborhood to live in, pretty quiet for the most part. It has its peaks of loud noises here and there. The assistant Briae and property managers are amazing, welcoming, understanding and any concerns or complaints it gets addressed ASAP. The Maintenace (kudos) great work. When I have an issue, they get on it right away. There have been a lot of changes in Carriage House since living here and they have improved significantly.
