Carriage House Apartments

Really quiet neighborhood right next to Community Corners. A 1 minute walk to Gimme! Coffee, Allechant, and Adam's Corners Cafe. There's also a bus stop right outside the apartment complex that takes you to Cornell. Kimball Real Estate is the best management office and landlord I've ever had. They're super responsive, kind, understanding, and easy to work with. I would recommend this place to graduate students and young professionals looking for a nice place to live in Cayuga Heights.

This was my best renting situation in Ithaca by far, my fiancee and I lived here for two years. Being in Cayuga Heights is nice and quiet while still being close to campus, rent is very reasonable, the grounds and garden are nice, and Community Corners has multiple useful business (pizza, coffee, laundromat for large laundry days, gym). The employees of Carriage House were always extremely welcoming. Every single one we interacted with during our two years was friendly and helpful. We're going to miss it here!

I've lived at Carriage House Apartment for a little more than two years now. The whole experience is very pleasant. The studio units are rather spacious. All utilities except electricity are included, and a free parking space is also included in the lease. The management team is really nice and responsive. They react to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. The staff are extremely willing to help tenants out, even when they are not really obligated to do that. Above all that, the location is pretty convenient, too. Plenty of bus routes stop here so that one can easily get to campus, malls, and commons. The neighborhood is quiet yet all-around. I’ve lived at the Carriage House Apartments for over six years and I cannot recommend them enough! This location is fantastic as it’s extremely close to campus and right on the bus line. I’ve never, in all this time, had a noise complaint about my neighbors and have found everyone to be extremely courteous and friendly. These apartments are in a quiet location, away from the ‘party’ areas of town yet still walking distance to many businesses and restaurants. The Carriage House staff are always friendly and even helped me spread the word about a local community garden that’s nearby. The apartments here are clean and spacious, with free storage in the basement. There are a lot of free perks, like free heating, free internet, and free water. The staff are friendly and quick to respond. This is a great place for young married couples, graduate students, and working professionals to stay. You get an added bonus of lots of random fancy cars parking in the lot.
