Carriage Hill West

This was the first home I ever built and working with Toll was not always easy since..well...they were building others homes as well...so I waited until my appointment instead of complaining about it. Coming from the home construction industry , I'm here to tell you that Toll does build a superior luxury product compared to the Hubble Rubble or CBH cookie cutters that are on the market. Good work takes time and yes sometimes subs make mistakes and yes sometimes warranty work takes time...be patient or go elsewhere. If you can't handle a little patience then honestly your probably not going to be a good neighbor anyway. We love our home, it’s beautiful. They should pick better sub contractors. Someone with a better eye for quality. Even though the fixes have been fast and responsive, the final result is no professional. Quick fixes.... But we are grateful for the quality material. Only issue are the subs.

I love living in these homes! The quality is amazing and we are so happy with how our house turned out! Definitely recommend Toll Brothers and the Carriage Hill West neighborhood. Great place to live!

Love the neighborhood, love our neighbors, but Toll Brothers/Coleman Homes as a builder and their warranty department leave ALOT to be desired.
