Carriage Estates by Pulte Homes

I kept coming back to this house during my search because I loved the extras it provides. We haven't had one moment of regret since moving in. The people are friendly and the home is spacious for its square footage, comfortable, and attractive. Most of all, it's construction is of great quality. Good job, Pulte!

From sales to the building process was great! We had the opportunity to frequently visit our home during the building process that gave us clarity and peace of mind. Both Nathaniel Harris and Ted Sims were awesome to work with. Any questions or concerns I had, Nathaniel answered/addressed right away! My family and I are excited to be a part of this community!

Why is it taking so long to even start the clubhouse? Two S Carolina summers without a pool is disappointing, to say the least. The houses are beautiful, but the clubhouse/pool are a big selling feature that we need to see before we sign a $500,000++ contract.

Pulte Homes are by far built better and have many options to pick from. We are very satisfied with our new construction home. The entire process was very easy from the mortgage company to the builder we worked with.

This is my third house that I have had built. Pulte was by far an easier process from start to finish. They are very accommodating and flexible.
