We probably drove Nancy nuts! However, she was game for looking at any property we asked of her. We lived in California and were looking online at property all over the Flathead Valley. Nancy patiently would go and do a Facetime walk through and explain exactly where the property was, driving distances to shopping, restaurants, lake access, skiing etc. We made two trips to Whitefish to look at specific properties and each four day visit, Nancy made herself completely available to us and drove us around the Flathead Valley so we could get a sense of where we really wanted to buy. Nancy quickly realized that we liked the Whitefish area or as close to it as possible and concentrated looking for homes in that area. Nancy and Jared were the most responsive realtors we have ever worked with. They stuck with us thru two houses we pulled out of and then found the retirement property of our dreams. They saved us on the second house, which thru their diligence found it to have major structural issues. They had to be our eyes and ears since we bought from 1300 miles away. Worst company of my life. Would never recommend them to anyone. GO THROUGH ANYONE ELSE. gave me anxiety talking to them on the phone. Not good at communication. Very pushy and money hungry people.

Nancy deserves a 10 star rating! I was very impressed with her communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. She was both our buying and selling agent and kept us on track during both transactions. What I appreciated most was that she respected the concerns I had about showing our home by taking extra steps to address those concerns during the showings and went above and beyond the call of duty to stage our home for those showings.
