I have an amazing experience with Corine she answered all my questions and change the apartment my brother had for a village when he was not happy with the first one he got she even worked with me trying to get all the papers and even waiting after business hours for my brother to try to get the keys. The location of the apartment is perfect and it’s quiet plus they have cameras and a security guard going around the apartments. The customer that she has it’s amazing and if you have any problems she is quick to try to fix it. Thank you for going above and beyond for my brother and I to be happy with the apartment he got.

I made a deposit to move in but then decided not to move in due to a roach infestation. They stole my deposit and never refunded me the money. They respond to this review: "We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We take all feedback seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Please contact us to discuss your concerns further." I have already contacted them several times. Went in person. They rudely refused any kind of refund. Will be contacting legal attorney soon. For those that read this. Please stay Far away from this place. They are thieves.

The new young lady in the front office called me in the phone after I asked her to relay a message to the manager about my moving in. She is very rude and sarcastic and unprofessional she comes off like she is the manager and she is not warning about my deposit and rental insurance that if I don't have it I will lose my apartments. And that the manager doesn't want to speak with me. She is not someone I care to talk with at all.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY! The property manager refused to give me her name and email. Also tried to "kick me out" without ANY notice close to midnight which is illegal. Any attorney available for advice would be helpful.

A current resident. Management knows I been without air conditioning for a month in over 90 degree weather every day. Calle and Benin the office multiple times, they don't care. Drug activity every year you look, which management knows about and does nothing. Also has a serious pest control issues. Definitely won't sign another lease.
