I would not recommend renting here. These are marketed as “luxury” apartments, but to be fair these are basically garden-style indoor apartments. Our bathroom is outdated with mismatched hardware, and a garden tub with low-quality sealant that will not hold up through one lease term. Our sink stoppers were also sealed closed upon move in. There is an ongoing sanitation issue here. Dog feces and urine are consistently present throughout the property, including inside the dog parks, the smell is strong particularly during summer months. Many residents simply do not leash or clean up after their pets. Parking is inadequate. Only one vehicle is assigned per unit (not per leaseholder), guest parking is discouraged, and towing vendors have changed three times in eight months. Valet waste stopped

I would not recommend renting here. These are marketed as “luxury” apartments, but the renovations consist primarily of dark wood cabinets, chrome pulls, vinyl plank flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and glass-top stoves. The bathrooms are outdated with mismatched hardware, black tub walls paired with white garden tubs, and low-quality sealant that does not hold up through a lease term. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like people need to know how Morgan Group properties really operate. I lived here for three years and never had major issues—until things took a serious turn. My car was stolen, vandalized, and then towed—all because the office failed to register it properly when I first moved in. That alone was frustrating, but it didn’t stop there. In my second year, my apartment was broken into while I had guests over. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and I even have footage of the incident. Later, my apartment flooded because a homeless person broke into the sprinkler room to get high, which resulted in four floors being soaked and mold spreading throughout the building. I had to be relocated due to the damage. On top of that, tenants let their pets relieve them

These apartments are actually pretty nice depending on the building and floor your on I guess, I lived close to the leasing office so I can’t speak for everyone else as well as my niece lived in a different area of the complex and had a positive experience but I just recently moved out after living here for 2 years and my experience was great! I lived here with my 3 year old had no problems with homeless people, mildew smells, roaches, ac problems or anything like that. It’s a nice area that’s close by everything, yes there are car break ins but that’s everywhere in the galleria and downtown areas even in the real expensive apartments (know from experience lol). Maintenance was always fast, the staff has changed a few times but they definitely were all nice and helpful when needed! I would

Yes you live in the apartments but they will do anything and everything to have your car towed and they do not care. Do not move here if you have a car no joke. Like if you live somewhere why do I have to worry about my car being towed every single day
