I want to share how grateful I am for the service we received at Caroline Oaks Apartments. From the start, I loved the atmosphere—it feels so much more than just a senior living space. After a long wait, we were finally able to move my mother in, and Armani W. made the process smooth and reassuring. She showed incredible patience and kindness, never rushing us and always answering questions with professionalism. Choosing Caroline Oaks Apartments for my mother was more than a good decision—it was a blessing from above. From the very beginning, we felt a deep peace about this community. The apartment itself is spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited for my mother’s needs. But what sets Caroline Oaks apart are the thoughtful amenities that make daily living joyful. My parents moved to Caroline Oaks toward the end of last year and so far I absolutely love it there. I wish I could move there, but I'm not over 55. The staff was very helpful in getting them acclimated and they are very personable and approachable. I have made friends with some of my parents' neighbors because everyone is so nice and easy going. The police have a substation inside their building and you have to have a key card to get into the building, so I don't worry about my parent's safety too much. And I love that they are centrally located and not too far from anywhere that I may be in Jacksonville.

I have been living in this community since October and so far I have had no problems. I feel very secure and the location is very convenient for me and my husband. The amenities are excellent, especially the salon located inside, and my neighbors are very friendly but not obnoxious. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. There are plenty of community events to participate in and plenty to do. I love that each bedroom has it's own separate bathroom and walk-in closets and the units are spacious. Each unit comes with a built-in microwave, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryers. The apartments are very modern, up-to-date and nice. The only thing I would change or like to have is a tub in one of the bathrooms instead of two showers. But I'm not sure if all of the units are this w

I have been a resident since 2017 and I love living here. The staff here makes living here enjoyable with all the creative events they plan for us. The friendly neighbors have become more like family. I always recommend Caroline Oaks to others.
