We moved into this apartment complex just a few days ago, and everything up to receiving the keys was a great experience. From our first visit to the leasing process, everything went smoothly and felt very welcoming. The apartments themselves are high quality, clean, and well maintained. Special thanks to Alena and Alyssa for helping us choose the right apartment and guiding us through the entire process. They were very friendly, patient, and always willing to help. Their attitude and support were the main reasons we decided to choose this community. We’re happy with our choice and appreciate the positive move-in experience.

I wanted to update my review now that I’ve lived here for about five months. I still really love my actual apartment. It’s a beautiful space, and I was lucky enough to get a unit with a yard, which is rare for an apartment. The closet in my unit is also huge, which was such a nice surprise. From the very first tour it felt like home, and the leasing agents, Alena and Alyssa, were both very warm and helpful during the touring and move-in process. Because the community was brand new, I was also able to move in right away, which worked perfectly with my quick moving timeline. That said, after living here for several months there have definitely been some growing pains that are still being worked through. The construction quality in some areas isn’t the best and the soundproofing between uni

From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. What can often feel stressful and overwhelming was instead smooth, organized, and even fun. Their communication was clear, their follow-through was flawless, and they handled every detail with confidence and care. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the experience they create. If every move were handled by Alena and Alyssa, no one would ever dread moving day again. Amazing Community & Outstanding Leasing Team! I absolutely love living in this community! The work spaces are always clean, comfortable, and perfect for getting things done. The gym equipment is high-quality and well-maintained, which makes working out here really enjoyable.
