I had been working with the office for a unit and finally got a unit we loved. The application process took 3 days. We had some hiccups with things around our home, but the office and maintenance have been great! They get someone out the next day and maintenance either calls when they are on the way or rings the doorbell before entering. They have fixed everything as quickly as possible. Keep up the good work!

Great Property Management. I have been renting from them for a few months now and they have been great. Maintenance comes within a day, most of the time within the same day. Management is quick to answer calls dealing with questions/concerns. Parking is limited, due to no visitor parking spots at my building, weirdly; but that is the only negative. It would be great if they took payments online also.

Never called to tell me the outcome of of my application . When I had went in to fill out the application the gentleman was very hesitant to even give me an opportunity to ask questions when I finally did call them to find out the outcome I was told that I was not approved and that I would have to call back in two days to find out why because nobody could tell me but one woman in the whole establishment. I hate that I even wasted 42$(all the cash I had on me because “the app fee went up at the first of the month” even though on their website it said 40$) Don’t even care that I wasn’t approved I just think they should handle their business better and realize when someone’s more willing to move in and take care of their establishment and pay for good service. A close friend was discriminated against by a staff member at this company. He was approved for an apartment yesterday and even signed the lease. Went in today to pick up keys and pay rent and was then told that he no longer qualifies for the apartment. Then they tried to steer him into another property that was in a less desirable area, sounds like a complete fair housing violation. I advised him to call the fair housing office. It is 2020 not the 1950s. I know all Licensed Real Estate holders and property management staff have multiple trainings on Fair housing and discriminatory practices yearly. Carolina properties owe this young man for humiliating him. All of there staff need ethics training and need to be bought up to speed on the laws and violations of Fair housing ASAP!!!!

A MUST READ Rent rates according to color and if your from north or south. Water comes under carpet when rainy due to broken foundation in rear. Do your own landscaping or else use a different walkway. If your screens are ripped, buy some. unless you're a white southerner, kiss your deposit goodbye.The lease tells you to try the repair yourself before calling for maintenance. They are rent collectors only. Too bad a class action suit cant be started against slumlords like this. NC laws allow them to operate freely. take pics often. Go to court for your deposit.
