Lived here for two years around people throwing constant parties, playing basketball indoors on a second floor apartment and smoking weed in the stairway. Management refuses to do anything but send out notices and treats all complaints like huge inconveniences. When we gave them notice to vacate they seemed happy to get rid of us. I guess that makes sense since they kept the deposit despite endlessly promising that they would surely send it in the mail several times.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MONICA IS A HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANGER POOR COMMUNICATION ALWAYS GOT KAYLEE IN OFFICE HANDLING EVERYTHING AS IF SHE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE SCAMMERS WONT YOU TO DO AN APPLICATION BUT NEVER LOOK AT IT OR DO ANYTHING WITH IT NEEDS A NEW PROPERTY MANGER ASAP WE NEED MONICA OUT OF THE OFFICE

National hot dog day at Carolina pines!! the property mangers was so nice! I love the area the pool is nice the park is nice too for the kids. The apartments are so spacious it’s perfect!!❤️

I want to thank you Ms Kimberly for being so kind and attentive! She has taken good care of me and making anything possible so that my move in goes as smoothly as it can. Ms Jennifer has been great help as well! She is kind has good sense of humor and a smile on her face since I walked In the office. I feel that choosing this place to live has been the best choice I have made in the past few months. Maintenance... i got to say Kevin!! Such a great maintenance tech and supervisor! He is really good on what he does!! Thank you all! Place is great! Pleasing to the eye! Because it is soo clean!!

Kimberly is amazing! The apartments are very nice and up to date, very clean and cozy! If you have any issues the maintenance team will get right to it. She makes you feel like a person and not just a tenant. Highly recommend
