I have had the misfortune of having to deal with one of the agents - Steve Smith at this real estate agency. I did not have a choice in the matter as he was the listing agent on the property I wished to buy. Not having a buyer’s agent, I contacted him directly and over time found him to be a very mean, rude and condescending person. This behavior started right after I signed the contract and while I would have backed out, I knew it’s not the seller’s fault and I did not want to lose the hefty amount of my earnest money.
