Very obnoxious group of like 20 people, spent the entire Charleston River dogs game networking with each other. They would not sit down, obstructed the views of the elderly a row behind. If you need to network this bad please hold an event somewhere in which innocent baseball goers are not subjected to you all standing up, shaking hands and blocking everyone’s view. I paid to watch a baseball game…i did not pay to look at y’all’s backs, listen to everyone’s realty story and business card exchanging. I didn’t even get a business card or house discount for my troubles.

As a seller living out of state Dan Simon was a big help to me when he listed and sold my condo. He arranged for and coordinated all of the work that needed to be done prior to listing. I rented a place through Carolina One, and I'm unhappy with the company. Here is why: 1. They scheduled a 6 month rental inspection, didn't show on the scheduled date and just let themselves in at another time unbeknownst to me. 2. My rental was burglarized, and the company determined the break in was my fault and I was responsible for damages. I think the company could have taken a higher road and been more helpful here. 3. It's been over a month since I moved out and despite my efforts, I still haven't gotten my security deposit back. Three strikes!
