Nothing beats a hometown/local realty company. Everyone who works here is kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They work as team to figure out what is the best avenue for selling your property.

Overall not impressed. Emailed them multiple times about property with no response even after follow-ups. Not sure what response this will get but anything other than “we are sorry we didn’t follow up on our obligation” would simply be misleading. Good thing there is not a whole lot of competition in that area with respect to realtors. Update following response - i emailed you three times and apoke with the owner on their cell. She requested I email our discussion/my offer which I did. I emailed again after that…..crickets from your side. If you have a counteroffer you know how to reach me. Otherwise, think I will use someone else if I am still interested.

I worked with Duane and I can’t say enough good things about him. My property was a little challenging to sell but he supported me and showed great patience throughout the whole process. I highly recommend!

I reviewed them a couple months ago- immediately got an email wanting details and a promise to get back to me and assurance that is not how they do business. All they did was remove my review. Their unprofessionalism and empty promises go from the top down. Beware- amazingly dishonest!!

Wanda Proffit is as amazing resource when we both moved to the area then relocated. I can't imagine not using her again to work with any real estate transaction for both for rental properties or sales. Thank you Wanda!
