One Great Agent! We were living in in a house while having our dream home on Lake Hartwell being built. Timing is important, we wanted to minimize paying two mortgages, and Manuel helped us avoid paying capital gains tax. We had a FULL PRICE offer within a week of having the house on the market. He made the difficult seem easy, and great communication with us throughout the process resulted in a smooth closing. We have bought and sold several houses in the past 10 years and never had such a great experience. If you are looking for a GREAT AGENT, you just found him. He is the best.

What a beautiful home in a great community! We are a military family who found a home managed by Manuel. What a wonderful experience, not only was the house beautiful, Manuel takes great pride in ensuring our family felt as though it was our home. Pride of ownership was evident throughout the home. When something needed his attention, it was taken care of quickly. It was truly a blessing to call his house our home for over four years.

The worst landlord I've ever met so far. He charged us $7,871.63 after we moved out, not to mention returning our deposit, which is $5,700. DO NOT RENT HIS PROPERTIES OR HIRE HIM AS YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT!

We would give Manuel 6 stars if we could. Admittingly we were a bit nervous selling our house knowing the process can be a journey full of twists and turns. Not for Manuel, he made it look easy during a pandemic and our short PCS date. He assured us he would be there every step of the way and he was. We closed yesterday, Great Job!
