I want to recognize the outstanding service I received from the shop Service Supervisor, Daniel Ross. There was an issue with a dozer I was having repaired. Mr. Ross immediately stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and went above and beyond to make it right. His professionalism, sincere apologies, and quick action reminded me of the kind of customer service that's almost impossible to find these days. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cared about making sure things were handled properly. We recently rented 2 brooms when we were working up in Asheville. One was a pickup broom and one was a rotary broom. I rented it for 2 weeks and got charged $2971. I then was charged for damages for $4500 which is absolutely ridiculous. The pickup broom bearing was whining when we got it and we stopped using it. We called the service team they got out there and fixed a coupling on the rotary broom and looked at what was causing the whining. The bearing was bad on the pickup broom and then got charged $4500 for something we did not break. A bearing on a broom cannot break in 2 weeks. I dealt with Austin James at Carolina Cat and he told me multiple times over the phone they would dismiss the bearing charges, coupling charge , and I would only be charged for the Brissels which had wear ca
