Carol is a fantastic real estate agent!! She is way more than an agent- she is a mentor, renovator, visionary and therapist. She understood exactly what our needs were when purchasing and helped sort through many listings with careful attention to our priorities, cost, location and vision for the space-even offering to oversee the work after we purchased our apartment. Most notably she is patient and kind and became our friend. Extraordinary beyond belief. Okay, if I did not experience working with this broker myself, I would be sure I was making this up. After a year with a well-known broker and another half with another ( neither having any luck and recommending I reduce my listing price), I found Ms. Carol Levy as she had just sold in my building.
