I want to take a moment to acknowledge Chris, the Maintenance Supervisor He is truly an exceptional and respectable professional. Chris is always responsive and consistently on top of every task, no matter how big or small. I really enjoy working with him—he maintains a professional environment while still making the work enjoyable. Even with his upbeat attitude, he always ensures that everything gets done efficiently and correctly. I commend Chris for his hard work, dedication, and the pride he takes in caring for the property. Carmel House is better because of his commitment and the quality he brings every day. Highly appreciate everything he does!

My dealings with the various managers have not gone well. They are saccharin sweet while not being honest. No, I don't want to have lunch with you, meet up in WC, and be your friend. I want my security deposit returned. They have come up with so many excuses to not return my security deposit and excuse other inexcusable behavior of theirs.

Amazing place to live. Location, is unbeatable as is the personal care and service that Eva gives you through the entire application process. Eva was the main factor in deciding to move to Carmel House, I highly recommend working with her and living at Carmel House Apartments

Eva was amazing and understanding through out my stay, the apartments were spotless, and some even have in-unit laundry! 🚶‍♀️ Walk to Civic dog park and pet friendly good neighbors. Definitely a top pick if you’re renting in Walnut Creek!

Quiet apartments, safe and secure, respectful residents, friendly staff, proper management. The pool area is nice for relaxing in the sun. Clean premises.
