We purchased a condo from Carmel developments 3 years ago and have nothing but issues ranging from small to insane work that was needed. I would rather purchase a box from Home Depot than buy one a “house” from Carmel developments. If possible avoid at all costs! If anyone has any specific questions I’m more than happy to answer them.

I purchased a condo that was fully renovated by Carmel Developments a few months ago. The intricate details and design really made the unit stand out from other new construction homes in the Philadelphia market and my real estate agent vouched for their reputation. I have been very impressed with Amit, his team, and the pride they take in their work. Right after I moved in, I noticed that some water from the bathtub was leaking down to the floor below. Even though I had no builder's warranty and Carmel was not obligated in any way to take action, Amit sent his plumbing crew to fix the problem the very next day and then his paint and spackle guy to patch the damage without ever charging me a cent for the repairs.
