Carmel at Woodcreek West

Moving to Carmel at Woodcreek West has been a great experience. We’re especially grateful for Carolina. She’s terrific. She’s been so welcoming and quick to help answer any questions. It feels good to know she’s here, smiling and always ready to help.

I am very happy with my stay at Carmel. The apartment staff are friendly, and maintenance work orders were handled promptly. A special shout-out to Kris, Eid, and Carolina for their excellent service. The apartment is also conveniently located near Santhuchi Park, which is a great place to go for walks.

This place was different from the beginning because as soon as I made the viewing appointment online, I was contacted very quickly by Carolina to get more information as to what I was looking for. This complex wasn't even really on my radar but it ended up being the best fit. Carolina had the best vibes which is part of the reason I chose this place. It was clean, nice, and the amenities are just what I needed. Management has been awesome and then neighborhood is perfect.

The property is awesome it’s safe very family friendly and clean. The amenities are also easing the pool is heated open year round and always clean the gym being 24 hours is a real budget saver for expensive gym memberships. As great as the property is and the amenities it doesn’t compare to the staff at all, Carolina is caring and attentive has incredible customer service and is incredibly helpful. She reached out to me 20 minutes after putting an in interest from online and 4 days later my family was moving in to a unit. She really went above and beyond to help us get the place and has been there for any questions comment and concerns we may have had she’s amazing!!!!!

Just moved in a bit ago, and we had a great time working with Carolina! She was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and always took the time to answer any questions that I had. Carolina’s professionalism and care made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate all her help and dedication!
