Carlyle Tower Apartments

Very nice staff at this community which makes living here worth it. Thank you to Mrs.Lee and Ashley for all of their help and everything they do. I love my apartment as well! Highly Recommended!

This place has beautiful 2 and 3 bedrooms, staff is great, apartments are bigger than what I expected. Applied and was Approved in about 2 weeks. Halls are clean, maintenance is always available. Seem to be a great place to live 😁 If y'all are looking for a place please stop in.

ROACH INFESTED NIGHTMARE!!! This place is crawling with roaches. Do not rent here. We have been without a functioning heating and cooling system since we moved in in September. Everything in our apartment is broken and maintenance never comes to fix anything. Management is RUDE as hell. Getting anyone on the phone is next to impossible. Not to mention they’re scam artists who promised us a cheaper rate on our place if we moved in by a certain date then locked us in at the original price. Certainly will not be renewing and about to look into keeping my rent payments in an escrow account.

Nothing will ever be perfect anywhere, but I certainly do appreciate when people try to understand and help you out when needed. I truly appreciate the support I received today from Paul, Lee, and Ashley. Thanks guys!

When I took a tour it was great . I was told they had move in Special where the only fee I would be charge was first month rent . Everything else was waived . So they said until I signed the lease . 2 weeks after moving in a received a bill saying I owed 200. I went to the office asked what that was. I was told it was a mistake and they would check into . Make a long story short . They stilled charge me 200 on my bill. And sent me to court because I wouldn’t pay . Than charge me another 200 for attorney fee.
