Update 3/9: Elevator is back up and running. Now the AC is down. Even with temperatures in the high 70s and 80s this week, their response is the will have AC up by end of the month. See pic attached as proof (they like to say people lie on reviews lol) Update 3/3: elevator still down almost a month now. Again, stay away from here. Update 2/10: one elevator still down and now no water due to another issue (burst pipe again). You can see the trend here. (Water restored on 11th, elevator still down) Update: 2/9 Elevator down yet again since yesterday. See pic for proof. Update 2/5/26: both elevators are down in the east tower. The receptionist told people to use the stairs for 15 story building. They crazy! Surprise, the doors are locked on the stairwell side for safety. You can exit thro
Started renting in October 2026 till present. It's been recently renovated and everyone has been mature and kind. Realistically, everything is working as intended. If there's an issue that needs to be resolved, they send an email in advance with the period of time it will be down. I personally don't even turn on the heat as the building rarely goes below 67. (I have my heat set to 67) The hot water "problem" is that during peak usage times, it doesn't get as hot. There's been one day where I lukewarm showered due to an outage. All in all, everything works great. With the good promos, this was the best deal price wise with what is offered. I'll update this if needed. Feb 11, 2026.
This apartment complex is grossly mismanaged and unfit for tenants. Hot water issues are ongoing, and having no heat in the middle of winter is completely unacceptable. These are not minor inconveniences—they are serious habitability issues that management has failed to address. Save yourself the stress, money and do not rent here. Absolute TRASH. I will keep updating this until my lease is up Update:- 01/22 no water 01/23 no heat current temp is 30º. 02/ 27 elevator been down for the past three weeks. 02/27 no heat in my apartment maintenance came multiple times to replace parts. Our last electric bill was 260+ due to this issue.
DO NOT RENT HERE I am currently experiencing several unresolved issues within this apartment complex. These concerns include inadequate training and professionalism among maintenance technicians and staff, recurring HVAC problems, no hot water for days, no water for days, Elevators are always down, old building so there's always a draft coming through your apartment as well as moisture on every single window. I was also around when a tenant was speaking about mold being in their apartment to the staff at the apartment complex, so now that's something else I need to worry about. These issues represent only a portion of the challenges we have faced. The continued lack of effective resolution and communication has significantly affected our living conditions and overall satisfaction. The cit
I recently visited this property and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Elijah Butler. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Elijah took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and provided detailed information about the property and surrounding area. His friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and exceeded my expectations — but what truly stood out was the outstanding service Elijah provided. I would highly recommend Mr. Butler to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and courteous professional to assist them. He truly made a difference in my visit!
