This neighboorhood is a waste of time to buy in they price gouge their lots and are uncompetive in the real estate sector compared to Blue Jack National or Stallion Lakes since they charge a lot of money for measly sized lots and they don't provide enough lots to purposly raise the prices on consumers in a "artifical scarcity" type of situation for the consumer.

Very nice. Very clean. Very secure and well kept. One of the nicest neighborhoods i have ever been in. Five stars!!!

Too uppity rich folks in here. They "don't like seeing workers going though the main entrance". Guess they are too good to see workers

New complex,needs gps coverage for individual apts
