Carlton Arms of St. Petersburg

Carlton Arms is a wonderful place to live! The office staff does a wonderful job at leading this community as well as Maintenance excelling at their job, the groundskeeping team keeping our place beautiful, and the front gate team keeping our home safe. There are a lot of activities to keep yourself busy and we have met many new friends that feel like family. We have an excellent view of the water and The Skyway bridge and the dolphins, manatees, and fish. This is why we moved to Florida and love this paradise!

I have lived at Carlton Arms Apartments since 1991. I moved here because my mother moved here in 1978 and love it. So much so that she lived here til her passing in 2017 at the age of 93. I have lived here, so far, for 35 years with no plans to leave. I have lived in apartments my entire adult life in many states and never experienced this type of complex. The staff is fabulous. Maintance is exceptional. Grounds are beautiful. They have lots of activities, etc. for us.

Have lived here 2 years. Love my apartment and large fenced in outdoor patio. When the fence blew down last year after the hurricanes they built me a new one. I have found the Office and Maintenance Staff very responsive. The grounds are kept very nicely and I feel safe having a Security Guard screening visitors. And the rent is affordable for such a great location.

I lived there for 3 years, for the most part it was fine. But they broke into my apt once when I wasn't home because I had a guest. They told me when the called to ask about what was in my apt, that they went in for "fire alarm inspection" that they ofc gave me no warning about. The water was shut off for multiple days without communication and when I finally spoke to someone they told me about the things they offered to other residents, but not me for some reason. I was a younger resident and I didn't participate in community events so maybe that was why, but no one should be treated differently where they live. Hopefully I was a fluke and they are better to other younger residents.

Wow! Just wow! The BEST renting/leasing experience of my life. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, with every aspect of leasing covered extensively prior to moving in. This management team fosters such a great sense of community, and residents correctly and confidently believe management cares about them as individuals. Very, very grateful to be here.
