I would like to leave this review to thank you for the excellent maintenance service done at my home. From the very beginning, the guys were respectful,, and very professional. Waldir and milton, They listened carefully to all the issues I had and took the time to inspect everything thoroughly, explaining the solutions and fixing each problem efficiently. You can really tell when people work with responsibility and commitment, and they truly delivered in every aspect. In addition to doing an excellent job, they maintained a friendly and helpful attitude, which made the whole experience even better as a customer. I am very happy and satisfied with the final result. I’ve been a resident of Carlton arms for about 6-7 years, and this apartment has been improved in the last couple of years. From having really old run down appliances to updating them little by little. Maintenance has been mostly good but sometimes we can get inconsistent maintenance services. What we can say for sure is that every time we get a maintenance request and Waldir takes over, all problems get resolved immediately and it’s completed with perfection. We are very happy that Carlton Arms has someone like Waldir to get things done without any further delays. The last time we had an issue with a washer/dryer appliance we were almost a month with a broken appliance. Visited to take a tour of the grounds today with Precious. Was nothing but impressed with the facilities and staff. I’ve been working with them during the approval process and they’ve all been very sweet and helpful when I check in on the process. The gym is brand new—I’m a frequent gym rat and the layout and equipment are all up to snuff. Equipment isn’t preowned. The pool overlooks a lake, the playground is clean, and the laundry units all looked to be well maintained. We’re looking forward to moving here!

Lived here for over a decade and couldn't imagine renting anywhere else. Maintenance is AMAZING and quick to repair, or even replace appliances when needed. The office staff are so courteous and groundskeeping does such a great job keeping the place beautiful. Thank you!

I live at carlton arms Apartments South Lakeland, and I’m extremely unhappy with how residents are treated. Recently, we had an issue with the kitchen light, which left the kitchen completely dark and unusable. When we reported it, management told us it would take up to 72 hours to fix and that it was “not an emergency.” Not having light in the kitchen for three days is unacceptable. A kitchen is an essential part of an apartment, and living in darkness is neither safe nor reasonable. The lack of urgency and concern shows how little they care about residents’ comfort and basic living conditions. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated issue.
