Had a great experience touring Carlson Bay Apartments. Kady was super friendly and welcoming during the tour and took the time to answer all my questions. The office staff, including Jessica, were quick to respond and very helpful overall. The grounds looked really well maintained and taken care of, which made a great first impression. I also appreciate how on top of things the team seems to be and the quick turnaround on questions and requests. Definitely left feeling positive about the place. Thank you!

This place definitely comes with its quirks. However, if you want to live in peace without fear of constantly being towed, having random fees, and arguments with property managers I would advise this place. I lived here for months than wanted to try out a different apartment place I will say I regret it. Between the fear of no cameras and stuff being stolen to shady shady towing practices that will never be addressed you won’t find peace. This apartment place seems to mitigate a lot of those issues!

When I first moved in, things were honestly rough. The whole move-in process was stressful, and for a while, I really regretted my decision. But over time, I’ve noticed a real shift ; things are finally starting to look up. I’m autistic, so communication and feeling understood matter a lot to me. Jessica the property manager, has been so kind and respectful from the start. She listens, follows through, and you can tell she genuinely cares. I really think the positive changes happening in the community are because of her. Then there’s Carlos!! He’s one of the hardest-working people here. He’s clearly stretched thin but still shows up with care and dedication every day. You can tell he takes pride in the property and the residents.
