I was genuinely interested in two properties listed by this company and reached out well in advance of my trip to Pittsburgh to schedule showings. Days went by with no response. Finally, just one day before my visit, I managed to speak to someone—during their extremely limited three-hour window—who assured me that an agent would follow up shortly. 24 hours later, still nothing. After calling around 10 times, I finally spoke with someone again who confirmed the properties were still available and again promised a follow-up. A few hours later, both listings were removed from the website and from Zillow. I never heard from an agent. Felt kind of scammed by these people and I'm not even a tenant. I applied for an apartment and paid the application fee, never heard from the property manager. For 2 weeks I called back every few days because I hadn't heard from anyone that they'd even looked at my app. First I was told the property manager would call me, then it was she was on vacation, and then I notice the listing go off-market. Literally talked to no one, got no tour on the books, never even a rejection for the app. I feel pretty burned out of a $45 app fee to have zero communication in return. Definitely talk to people and see the property if you're looking to apply to something.

They are money hungry and wont fix anything no matter how many times you call. They're just in it for a rent check couldn't care less how anyone is living. I have holes in the floor big enough for big animals to come through. I Moved in March never had heat was told heating oil is what was needed for the furnace to turn around have your secretary tell me all of a sudden it was propane after I had called the health department which should have been mentioned prior to moving in then I would have had second thoughts. The breaker box doesn't work properly and the refrigerator stopped working a month ago so my $250+ of food went bad that left a dead animals smell and they won't reimburse me when it's their fault for not actually checking the place like electrical issues before having anyone mov

I fired them! While the original owner was managing the company, it was my trusted partner. After his retirement 2 years ago, people who really don't care about your property, who only want to charge the most and do the least took over. They were negligent, infective, indifferent to the quality of service they provided. I fired them.

stereotypical cheap/shotty landlord. will do anything they can to keep your security deposit so make sure to take pictures of everything before and after you move out. charged us over 1k for cleaning fees when we spent 8 hours cleaning the house after we moved all our furniture. once confronted about it they said the security deposit was kept because we didn’t give them enough notice we were moving out but they had enough time to get new tenants and then cancel the lease on them because they sold the property. just a scummy thing to do to tenants that didn’t give them any problems in 2 years. just go with another property if you are considering one managed by these guys
