Idyllic location, decent amenities, creature comforts and friendly community are just a few of the reasons I enjoy living at Carlsbad Coast Apartments. But, those of us who live in homes we do not own, can probably agree that responsiveness of the management and maintenance is at the top of our wants list. On-site management and maintenance team, Teresa and Gustavo, always extend a warm hello and know me by name. They quickly and adeptly address issues I may bring up. In a world where big business often squashes personal affection and connection, I am thankful for a touchpoint of kindness and humanity.

Teresa made our experience of moving into these apartments flawless. We are current residents, and we have loved our time here so far. We moved from Wisconsin, so it was great to work with someone as caring and kind as Teresa. I have never had a property manager as attentive and helpful as Teresa either. We have felt very welcomed from Teresa and the entire community. The location is unbeatable being a couple blocks from both the ocean and Carlsbad Village. The whole complex is very clean and well maintained. You cannot go wrong living at Carlsbad Coast Apartments!

My wife and I have loved living here for the past 3 years. From the beginning, Teresa, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. Teresa genuinely cares about all of her residents and takes great pride in all aspects of managing the property. From being flexible and accommodating as we were apartment hunting while driving from the East Coast, to tending to our needs during the entirety of our stay, to helping us navigate the moveout process, I cannot imagine a better property manager or a better experience. Between the apartments location, and Teresa's leadership, I strongly recommend anybody looking to live in the Carlsbad Village area choose Carlsbad Coast Apartments.

I just moved in to Carlsbad Coast Apartments this month and it has been nothing less than amazing. I was looking at other apartments in the area when I saw a unit here open up and I am so glad I didn't find anything else first. This place is such a gem. It is so beautiful and clean and the management and maintenance are just over the top. Like I really can't believe how kind, attentive, and organized they are. They really go out of their way to be of service to our community and they're so happy about it. Teresa and Martin do an amazing job at making this place feel like home. Martin is always keeping everything in top shape, and he is so kind and happy to help. Teresa is so welcoming and inviting you almost feel like she's family and she's always making sure that everyone is happy

Living a 3 minute walk from the ocean as well as a 10 minute walk to the Village is wonderful, but what really makes this apartment complex special is Teresa the property manager. Not only does she have an incredibly friendly personality and warm tone, but she puts a lot of time and energy in making this place a true paradise. The landscaping is beautiful (both Teresa and the maintenance man Mike doing) and Teresa does a great job at vetting who she rents too. Everyone in this complex is incredibly nice, always saying hi and good morning, taking the time to get to know you as you pass by, it's amazing. I've lived in a lot of different apartments in my lifetime and this on is by far the best one yet. I can't say enough good things about living here and how wonderful Teresa is to her tenants
