Carlisle classic homes finished our 2nd story addition is Seattle earlier this year. Our house is an old craftsman with some interesting details such as coved ceilings, plaster walls, arched entrances, etc and we wanted to persevere what we could. We are so pleased with the outstanding quality of the work. Before construction our project manager Kevin was great at explaining the ever changing cost of materials and lead times during covid. He was always prompt at responding to our questions and recalculating estimates as we narrowed down the plans. During construction we had weekly meetings with Kevin and our superintendent, Both Jake and Kevin keep us informed and updated on the project. The builder trend app was great. Working with this company has been an absolute joke. We spent nearly $9,000 on our window inserts and if you attempt to clean them, the D-rings used to break the seal rip out of the frame. They are poorly manufactured and only use a lightweight adhesive that clearly does not meet the needs of the job. When asked to send a repairman, CCH refused and stated that they no longer partner with Indow Window. Clearly, they also recognized the company's flaws. Extremely unprofessional, especially for the price, I would not recommend working with this company.

we had Carlisle Classic Homes build our house. WE built it right in the middle of the pandemic. Colin and Alex and all the guys were exceptional. I really cant say enough about them! They turned what could have been a nightmare into a pretty easy ride!! if they had 10 stars I would give them 10 10!!!

We just finish a kitchen and stair remodel. We couldn't be any happier with Carlisle Classic Homes. Dave P., John R and Jim K were all outstanding. Great communication and follow through. On budget and ahead of schedule. High quality work all around.

Our architecture and design firm has worked with Carlisle Classic Homes on numerous projects over the last several years. I enjoy collaborating with CCH on projects and they are always at the top of my list for new projects. We often work as a team with CCH through both the design and construction of the project. This team approach has proven to be a beneficial for creating an open line of communication between the architect, builder and owners from the start of the project to the finish. The staff at Carlisle Classic Homes, from the project managers to the carpenters in the field, are professional, courteous, and detail oriented. The work done by CCH is always top notch!
