Carillon Lakes Property

We love this community! We especially like the live security guards who check IDs of all visitors who you'll need to add to the automated access list. It is mostly older adults and is a great golf cart neighborhood. We have several lakes and we drive around two of them often in our golf cart. I think one of the lakes is 65 acres and the lake hosts many animals, almost like a preserve. The path is grass and nice shade around 50% of it. One of the other lakes located behind the clubhouse has a paved walking path that is also used by golf carts. The weight room and showers are note worthy while the rest of the clubhouse is used for various activities. The tennis courts and pool area are beautifully maintained. My real estate clients love buying and selling in Carillon Lakes. The single family homes and condos have yard service included! The clubhouse is great (there are loads of activities organized for residents). The pool is warm, and the tennis courts, basketball courts and walk trails make for a great lifestyle. My clients also feel safe and secure with the guarded gated entrance. This is not a 55+ plus community. Some of my clients live in one section of the neighborhood while their parents and or grand parents live in another area. I highly recommend this homey community to my clients. Beautiful community, huge pool, and community room. Very well-maintained security gate with guard for safety and close to the airport. If you live in the community, you can watch the Sun and Fun from your backyard!!

We love it here. Beautiful property

I have been visiting this property for years. The gate guards are so nice and efficient. The grounds don't look great like that did years ago. Might need a new mantanace crew. The pool is falling apart although is still refreshing and size is wonderful. Iffy if I would buy in this community. Better care would make it much more appealing.
