I attended an open house party last month, where I got to view 3 different condos, plus their guest condo. Amazing views of the city from the party room on the roof, and the higher condos (see photo). Great outdoor pool and indoor gym. Very nice residents. Children and pets allowed, but not many of either. Very high condo fees. No recycling services for building yet.

Carillon House is a 96 unit 12 story condominium facility run by Apple Properties Management.

Nice lobby, community penthouse, swimming pool, view of trees and holiday fireworks from the balconies, fitness room, and other amenities 🙂.

Good location. have seen some corner apartments - pretty cool view. Nice building overall.
