Just moved into my new place and had an amazing experience thanks to Caribbean Property Management. Melissa, the property manager, was outstanding she made the entire process smooth and stress free. I also want to give a big shoutout to Herman for going above and beyond with the move in process, from truck & elevator coordination to trash solutions and more. They're the worst. The never pick up the phone and will give you the runaround. They take your money and do nothing. Avoid properties they manage

This company manages Waterview condominium in Kendale Lakes, the pool has consistently been closed on memorial Day for the past few years. There is nobody available for security or maintenance to open the pool on a Holiday. This company abuses out right to quiet enjoyment of our property. This is not acceptable, there are children and families home and the pool is closed. Besides the pool chairs are from the 90's and they are chained to each other because for this company, the residents and tenants in Waterview are seen as savages.
