I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE O STARS do NOT get lured in by the "new renovations" that they charge fleeing residents in order to do by the way!!!!!! Living at Caribbean Cove was honestly a nightmare from start to finish. We moved into a studio thinking it would be a fresh start, and on the very first night we had to call the police because our next door neighbors were violently screaming, throwing things, and physically fighting. That chaos never stopped. We ended up calling the cops on those same neighbors multiple times because the screaming matches and violent behavior kept happening. Management was fully aware and ignored repeated complaints even when their behavior clearly violated the lease. I lived at Caribbean cove for a total of 4 years. When I brought my newborn son home from the hospital this was the place we called home. The staff was amazing the entire time. Frances was an amazing help when we first applied and every step after that. With her, you’re not just another tenant. She’s very personable. Remembered me by name, not apartment number, my son included! Also we are no longer staying at Caribbean Cove the impression she left will last a life time. I definitely recommend staying here!

There is a persistent roach infestation that cannot be controlled, with pests entering through electrical outlets. The parking structure is rusted and partially barricaded, yet no repairs have been made in over a year. Vehicles are towed without clear cause, and the leasing office staff are consistently unhelpful and rude. Common areas often smell of sewage, and ongoing plumbing issues have led to mold exposure and health concerns. The elevator lacks basic safety features, and the management regularly enters units without proper notice or consent—raising serious privacy issues. I've been living at Caribbean Cove for about two weeks now, and I have to say, I'm genuinely impressed! The environment here is wonderful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Sheryl and the office team, and the maintenance crew have been so helpful and welcoming. This is my first time living in an apartment, and honestly, I was a bit worried initially because of some of the Yelp reviews. However, my experience has been nothing but positive so far. I appreciate how well they maintain the place. There's regular landscaping and periodic inspections to ensure the residents are in good shape. This is my first time renting an apartment. And i have been having great experiences living here. The neighbors are quiet and usually keeps to themselves. And whenever there is an issue with electricity, or plumbing, or something needs fixing, its easy to put a request online and normally they fix it the next day. Quick and easy repairs.
