Carib Villas Apartments

These apartments look terrible!!! Our kids are swimming in roaches!!!! They didn't even get the dirt off the walls!!! Ewwww!!! Disgusting🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 and they always cutting the water off and people in the apartments above me makes too much noise!!!!! I hate it here!!!!!

The property manager is rude and nasty the cameras don’t work the pool has been out of service since I been there which is a year the apartments are roach infested the wash area is dirty and takes your money the property manager is harassing me to check my apartment every week to see if I have someone living with me that is not on my lease I told them to inspect my house,they found nothing! People take your packages and belongings off your front porch!

Don’t move here, if you complain too much the property manager denise ramos will target you and will gets you kicked out or evicted legally or will force you out they are constantly threatening tenants of having their vehicles towed or added extra fee”s if your late on rent or parking fees that your responsible to pay. Stray animals all over the property, no access to amenities office excuse if waiting on paperwork but you’ll be stuck paying rent for infested roach units, broken washing units on the floors and random emergency alarms going off in middle of night, broken elevators where you will get stuck in, plumbing issues, and water shut off in your apartment. I don't know what the people before my review are talking about, but I have been here going on 5 years and have not seen things that way at all. I get up everyday at 4am and the place is quite. After 6 pm you never here anything very quite. No robbery no crime at all. Great place to live I would never have a issue referencing this place to family and friends as a place to live.

I live here and I don't like it because the alarm always goes off and right now at 3:46AM Saturday November 29 it just went off while I was sleeping
