The Cardinal Management Group began property management of our condo some months ago, and I am very pleased with the improvement of service and particularly communication. We at Stone Roofing Co., Inc had a great experience working with Danny Padilla from Cardinal Property Management. He reached out to us regarding a roof leak at one of their locations and was extremely helpful from the start. Danny provided all the necessary information upfront, which allowed us to have a smooth and efficient service call. While onsite, we identified the repairs that were needed, and he responded quickly with approval so we could take care of the issue right away. That kind of communication makes a big difference. We truly appreciate the professionalism and look forward to building a strong partnership and doing more business together in the future.

I am incredibly impressed with Cardinal Management. They recently transitioned to become the management company for my condo. I am writing to commend the outstanding customer service I received from Cholena Kelly at Cardinal Management Group. I recently made an error when ordering resale documents for a property, mistakenly typing an incorrect address. When I called Cardinal Management Group, I spoke with Cholena, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. She immediately put me at ease and did not make me feel embarrassed about my mistake. Cholena ensured I had the correct contact number to rectify the order, which I greatly appreciated. Following her guidance, I called the provided number, and the customer service representative there was also very friendly and efficient. My mistake was corrected, and a new receipt was sent to me within five minutes. Shortly after, Cholena sent me an email confirming that every
