Captain's Cove Apartments

Staff is what keeps me here! I’ve lived in this complex neighborhood twice now and the first time was horrible NOTHING was ever taken care of. Moving in back in Nov I rented an as in apartment and cleaned it up myself for the most part and a little help. Upon move in my stove was broken, within 3 days I had a new one. My sinks were leaking and my garbage disposal was broken and within a week was fixed. Toilet was having difficulties for a while tried different was to fix it and eventually needed to replace it. While I was on vacation, my toilet was replaced now also to a height suitable for my height. The newly renovated places seem wonderful! For now I’m satisfied where I’m at. Thank you office and maintenance attendants! You’re appreciated!

Very poor management. They do not fix things in an appropriate amount of time. They do not accure actual evidence before confronting their tenants on issues. Nor do they confront them appropriatley. They dont tell you about hidden fees. They slam them on you when you move in. They throw your things away. They dont provide you with a mailbox key nor do they give you a key to utilize the washers and dryers they advertise for their tenants to use. My first week here there was a fight in the parking lot with guns pulled out. Nothing was ever done about it. When confronted on an issue i went to the property management door and knocked 4 times extremely loud and when i knocked they would stop talking but not answer the door i repeated this cycle 4 times while waiting 3 minutes inbetween knocks

**UPDATE** July, 2025. It's worse. Also was worse than I thought at time of original post. I have a very rare lung disease, A1AD. Left with; the NEED of dust-free & clean as possible. Weekly infusions & 22% capacity out of 100%. Yes, they knew, can hardly walk & 5 lbs limit. After $1000s of fines, repairs started. I became so sick nurse had to call 911. ALL my organs shutting down, fluid streaming (yes, literally) from my legs. ER dr told me I had 24 hrs. Fell into coma, that team of drs told my kids, she won't wake up, it's a matter of time. At the apt. Boys learned repairs ONLY cosmetic. BLACK & reg mold EVERYWHERE in walls. Bacteria, holes, bugs... Boys moved me & my 9 yr old out. Was the condition the cause? Not allowed to say right now, check for updates please. The description says,

This office is never working, the manager is not there never, I don't recommend those apartments too is so bad , and smells horrible.

Horrible place roaches and rent is 800 don't bother we lived there for 3 years under new management thought it was going to be better but nope. And that maintenance man child had an issue with me but never wanted to do anything about it 😉
