This is our second personal transaction at Capstone. I have also done one commercial transaction there that helped me avoid a catastrophe. On the commercial transaction, the Seller had a Schedule C lien on the property and was suppose to have that cleared by the date of the transaction, but she did not and tried to strong arm us into closing.
