My experience with Capstone Realty Professionals has been extremely positive from start to finish. The entire team has been super nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the leasing process. Every question I had was answered clearly, and they made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. The application and approval process was quick and smooth, which I really appreciated. Moving into a new place can sometimes feel overwhelming, but their communication and professionalism made it a lot easier. If I had one small piece of feedback, it would be that the initial showing could have been a bit more informative in terms of details about the unit and community. I have been a landlord with rental properties here and in other parts of the U.S. The people at Capstone, Ed and Cherie and Stephanie, are the best property managers of any property management company I've ever had managing my properties both now and in the past. They have always managed according to my best interests as well as my tenant's in a very cordial and professional manner. They are very responsive when I had inquiries or needed attention re my properties. I love their end-of-year statements for tax reporting purposes too. I wouldn't use any other company to manage my properties in the Phoenix area. They are indeed the best of the best.
