Capriccio Senior Apartments

Keiyonna, our manager is a pleasure to have oversight of our residence. She always speaks with kindness, no matter what issues are at hand. She very professional in her approach and makes you feel like she genuinely wants to help you. I appreciate her very much and I feel her excellent work ethic should be noted and rewarded.

I love this community! The activities that they have marvelous, the staff here are wonderful! I appreciate the service provided my Iyonnia, Latonia, and Keiyonna. The maintenance Nick and Andres respond to work orders quickly and efficiently.

I have been in Capriccio apartments since the end of May. First of all the entire staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. All the other tenants are very friendly and kind. The apartments inside are all wooden floored, wide open, and an amazing amount of drawers, closets and cabinets. The area here is also wonderful! Everything in this place is all brand new and luxurious. Everything needed is definitely here. Please tour this complex or look it up online. Happy new home!

Unfortunately, on January 5, 2025 the residents of Capriccio senior apartments community witnessed about 5 to 6 cars had been broken into and their vehicle’s windows smashed. I know this is only a report as far as Metro Police Department is concerned, but, No Police showed up to investigate and address any of the affected residents concerns. Also, for over a year, this has been an ongoing problem within this Ovation property owned community. The security company hasn’t been consistent with their security patrols for some reason and there hasn’t been any positive feedback from the management team regarding this ongoing problem. Nasty people who let others stay here with them for free and they make horrible pounding noises that can deafen you all throughout the day and night! I have complained because this 40 year old son doesn’t pay to live here and the mother lies and says that he stays periodically for a couple of weeks. He is the problem and yet I am a tenant so disgusting been going on for almost 3 years now.They also let everything go for instance an elevator which there are only 2 breaks down and didn’t fix for over a month. I have health issues and can’t walk far and had to keep taking stairs and imagine having groceries and things to carry up or you have to go to front of building to bring in your cart on wheels and I’m on the complete opposite side of front.
