DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. FIRST THING everyone should know this place doesn't have "modern day" ac system, it's cold or hot steam going though those vents instead. And it's either on heat or chill, YOU CAN'T CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE. So right now the temperatures are above 90f already and there is no ac turned on as yet. INSANE. SECOND, if you look at this place from far away it might seem decent, considering the good location, might seem cute and affordable, but definitely not luxury living as advertised. After you step in inside the complex,you get better picture of how dirty and rough looking it actually is here, even better if you decide to actually rent here. Section 8 people here, homeless people, people that are on parole, police cars or ambulance or firefighters, or all of them

I had a year long lease and I was happy with my stay. I submitted a maintenance request for a leaking sink faucet, and it was fixed within the week. Any issues beyond that, I just consulted the front office. I made my payments on time and any issues I had, the ladies at the main office were more than happy to help. Big shout out specifically to Teeanna who was a huge help when there was a system error with one of my rent payments. She went to bat for me instead of allowing the blame to fall on me when it very easily could have. Thank you again!!

I’m editing my initial review. Since 9/23/25, I’ve had a condensation leak that began dripping onto my side tables. I had to place a bucket on my table to catch the water. It has now been SEVEN DAYS of water leaking from my ceiling in not one but two spots, and part of the drywall even fell to the ground. It took almost an entire month just to get my dishwasher fixed when I first moved in, and even now I still can’t run it on the heavy cycle because it floods the kitchen. With the leaks, I emailed about my concern and was told to “wait for maintenance.” Fair enough — but no one has followed up with me or communicated the actual status. I only see occasional updates on the resident portal, which means I’m left waiting for days or weeks without answers. This has been a repeated pattern. Th

I have to admit you're good with words. And yes I was very very upset because the envelope in which the checks came in has the address to the bank the checks just as well so still no excuse. And the solution to that just leaving the checks in the drawer because they don't have no name on them is stupid . That's what you hire your staff for to return the checks not to just put them in the drawer. Whoever thought of that as a policy needs to go back to Business School and pay attention this round. Because this shows lack of education you don't do things like that I proved everything in which I said. This is the reason why you have to go over someone's head to be heard.. it's no way I would hire someone who can't fulfill their position. And put their work on me making me look bad unaccepta

I would just like to share how happy I am with Teeanna and Kalia. They are very patient, supportive, and understanding managers. I am very grateful for these ladies both of them. They are always professional and welcoming every encounter I have with them. They also do their best to resolve any issue you may have. Thank you ladies for always going above and beyond. Oh and side note this hot tub is so relaxing had put that out there 🫶🏼😁
