Capps Villa

I had to leave after 9 years for medical reasons and a rule that was broken beyond my control. I tried to make amends but they were harsh with me after I had been a good tenant and paid my rent always on time. When I wanted to find a new place they gave me a bad reference that made it hard to find a new home. I ended up homeless for 7 months. I tried to make amends, but I feel that I was a good tenant for years. I was not evicted but they deemed me as so. They are strict but I guess they have to be because they discriminate. Others who live there felt so too but are afraid to say anything for fear of being evicted if they complain about management. If you want to live at Capps Villa, be prepared to feel lonely because tenants are mostly unfriendly. Gossip is everywhere.
