Excellent management and very responsive. The management put in a community dog area, grill, and children play area. This management is one of the best in Madison.

Great move in experience! The apartment was ready quickly and the move in process was quite efficient.

Overall a great place to live, location is right price is right. My only real gripe was when my car was stolen from the caul de sac in front of all the properties nobody bothered to reach out/assist me as I scrambled to get information regarding the incident even after I left multiple voicemails. Management really dropped the ball there and you should feel safe parking your vehicle at your home.

Overall a decent experience and a solid value for the price! Pros: - Relatively cheap - Responsive maintenance. We had a burner out on our oven and they replaced it with an entirely different, albeit used, oven within a day or so - Good location, and overall pretty quiet. You'll be 10-15 minutes away from most anything you could want - Decent place to be if you have kids Cons: - If you live on the first floor, prepare for constant stomping and creaking because of the old hardwood floors upstairs - No overhead lighting anywhere but the kitchen - Fairly untimely snow plowing/parking lot treatment - Dated interiors/carpets - Coin-operated washer and dryers in the basement - Tons of kids running around. Not a con for parents, but not really the place to be if you don't have kids
