Capitol View Apartments

We have absolutely loved our year at Capitol View Apartments. From start to finish, it was such a positive experience and truly felt like home. The property is well maintained, peaceful, and in a great location. A special thank you to Aaron Petersen, the Service Manager. Aaron helped us with a few maintenance items during our months there and was always easy to reach, responsive, and professional. Repairs were handled quickly and efficiently, which made everything stress free. Beyond individual service requests, it’s clear Aaron takes pride in the entire building. The property is not only in excellent working order, but it is also kept beautiful and welcoming. That level of care does not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for our time here and would highly recommend Capitol View Apartment

I became a resident at Capitol View Apartments in May 2025. I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding work and service provided by the building Service Supervisor Aaron. He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable as well as friendly and very approachable. He is expedient in handling all service requests and genuinely concerned not only about the needs of the building but of those of the individual tenants as well. Thank you Aaron for a job well done.

AAron is hands down one of the best maintenance repairmen I’ve ever dealt with. He’s responsible for multiple buildings, but he still makes you feel like your issue is a priority. At Capital View, whenever I have a problem, he’s there quickly and ready to fix it. He’s hardworking, professional, and genuinely cares about keeping everything running smoothly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and the condition of the building. It’s reassuring knowing that Capital View has someone like AAron making sure things are handled the right way. I’ve lived at Knapps Centre for over a year now and can say it has been a very positive experience. Can’t hear your neighbors, the in unit washer/dryer works fine, the balconies are very nice, and the facilities are well maintained. Only a couple things bring this down from a 5 star. First the valet trash service is no longer worth it, you are forced to pay a fee every month for valet trash but if you leave your trash can out too long or on a wrong day you are subject to a fine. Nowadays I just take my trash down myself and eat the fee every month. Second the drainage pipe in my apartment smells like sewage every couple weeks and you have to pour a bunch of soapy water down it to make it stop partially. I would still recommend living here

For my two years of staying here, the staff and management have been very helpful and supportive of their residents, posting updates frequently and making sure updated upcoming events are shown around the complex. Management/inspection process is easy to understand but takes a little time, otherwise I’ve enjoyed my time here thoroughly!
