Capitol Towers - Luxury MidRise

I moved in on Sept. 30, 2025. The buildings were poorly constructed and have design flaws that significantly impact quality of life here. Residents can be locked out when the fob system fails. The staff are here to lease and give lip service to existing tenants. WASTEWATER leaking from cielings in the bicycle storage room and in the parking garages is a known problem, pretty gross, right? The hot tubs have been out of service since I moved in. There is NO AFTER HOURS emergency help, the water went out Saturday January 24th, 2026 (last night) at 7pm, everyone in building 1501 was suddenly without water, the after hours emergency number provided to tenants was offline, after 45 minutes with no help from repeatedly calling the Capitol Towers emergency line, I had to call 911 and the Fire Dept

I had a great experience with this apartment community. The staff member was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. One of my favorite things about living here is the convenience. Packages are delivered directly to your unit door, and you don’t have to take out the trash yourself. There is daily door-to-door trash pickup, which makes life so much easier.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my move-in experience -- and it's all thanks to Erv! From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure I could move into my apartment the very same day. Even though the process took about four and a half hours, Erv never once lost his patience or positivity. I would not advise anyone to move into this apartment building. Management is shady, the units are not maintained properly, and maintenance has been very unhelpful. The day I moved in I received iPhone notifications about AirTags following me. They also never gave me my mailbox key. First they said they had to change the key, then the lock, then the entire mailbox depending which staff person I spoke with. This went on for several months and I had no access to my own mail. After constant emails they finally gave me a key, which worked for about a week or so before they changed the lock again. I was once again unable to check my mail. It was very bizarre.
