My friend is facing unacceptable living conditions in her apartment, including a broken door that was already damaged upon move-in. When she reported this issue, management failed to provide her with a written acknowledgment from the maintenance staff on the day of the report. Moreover, the apartment is plagued by a severe bed bug infestation. I urge caution, as my friend's living situation has resulted in sleep deprivation. It appears that this establishment prioritizes collecting rent over ensuring the health and well-being of its tenants. I hope my friend will soon be able to leave this substandard living situation behind.

Hey I just moved in 8/23 and have not had any problems. The place is clean and well run by Management it's a HUD building for seniors 55 and older there are 1bd and 2 bedroom apartments for rent at 30% of your gross income Utilities are included in rent Sometime around March the fire sprinkler system will be installed in every unit The kitchen has like new appliances with a huge 18 cubic foot refrigerator a small electric stove and double sink Free parking lot in front and laundry room in the building

I got the pleasure of playing BINGO with everyone there a week ago and having a snack. I also got the pleasure of meeting some of the staff. It was a great time! It was clean and nice community room. A nice place.

Do not rent from this place they have bed bug problems and it’s your responsibility to take care of. Which won’t work as you will bring them back in to your apt. Smokers ascerll.
