Capitol Hill Apartment Homes

I loved my visit of Capitol Hill, the sizes of the apartments are HUGE! The area is also very pretty with lots of trees and not a ton of congestion. The team was very helpful at looking at both two and three bedroom options! Thank you!

My experience with Capitol Hill apartments was awesome. The office staff and team was always one time with any request and always tired to do something monthly for residence. Thank you all for all you did.

Beautiful buildings. Layout is a bit cumbersome. Well maintained landscape. Parking is a bit laborious.

Since I've moved in, I've had several issues. The trash can provided was covered in grime. My lock and key don't seem to work all the time. There is no washer and dryer in the unit which was promised. The laundry room was closed in the middle of the week and there was no one in the office to assist, even though the office was open. They close the office when they get ready and not at the time listed. I'm having to buy my own washer and dryer with no compensation, when I paid for a unit where it would be provided but they still have no idea when I'm getting it. On top of that, my car was about to be towed because I wasn't given my free parking pass, and I'm trying to call the front office but nobody is answering. I've left a message to corporate to call back as well and it's been 4 days wit

We love Capitol Hill and hope to be approved to live there. The leasing agent was amazing, very knowledgeable, kind and sweet and very professional. We enjoyed our tour very much.
