Lived here for almost 2 years, we had to deal with multiple cockroach infestations due to neighbors (pest control confirmed it was not us), maintenance requests going un-resolved, and loud music to the point of walls shaking during quiet hours (every weekend...) despite complaints to the office. What was most aggravating was the in-ability to communicate with the office/property management. They almost never answered the phone (you'll find different phone numbers on google, their website, through their portal, etc.) and when they did answer, they would never get back to you. The office was staffed by multiple different people during the period of time we lived there, so often times you would have to explain your grievances/issues to multiple people and have the same conversation over and

Came here for a tour today, not a single person in sight. I was given no direction or information about where to go, called the main office and was told they would “ inform someone”. I waited 20 minutes and all of my texts were ignored. Bear in mind I was texting them at the number that they had reached out to me on this same day, so I know it’s the correct number. I still have yet to receive a response. I took time off of work to be here and had my time wasted. I have never had a viewing this unprofessional, genuinely so disrespectful. Working here must be easy, seems like they just pay their staff to do nothing.

literally not as bad as ppl make it seem. i actually love it, close to campus for college kids, yeah there is a weird smell in the hallways and yeah it's a lil unkept and dirty at times but i just walk past that and go into my place and i enjoy my space. renovations were done poorly as paint can be seen chipping in some areas and they just paint over the tile in the shower but honestly it doesn't bother me. my space is relatively quiet minus the natural noises that come with living in albany, but you can't fix that. overall i rlly am enjoying my time here, if ur an independent person who likes being 10 minutes away from pretty much anywhere in the general area, i dont see why not this place

Replying to owner re: Dawn's Lair Vlogs review... You said it was a misunderstanding on my part....however, i think you are the one misunderstanding. We did not pay for the first viewing of your model. In fact, the person showing us that one led us to believe if my friend hurried, she could actually have that one. Be that as it may, after my friend was accepted, we stopped by to write a check for her security. We were told you did not take checks, that it had to be paid through your website. I told your employee that it would have to wait until I got home because I don't do those transactions on my phone. I was doing it for my friend because she is legally blind as I've said. Your employee then brought out YOUR computer laptop. Put it down in front of me and had me log in to my

My legally blind friend was looking for an apartment. She applied at Capitol Crossings. She was accepted. Since she is legally blind, I went with her to see an apartment. They showed us this beautiful apartment with a glass-top stove, beautiful walls etc, We got them the info they needed on her financials etc. She was accepted. We stopped by to see the apartment that was going to be hers, and they made her pay the security deposit - 1200 dollars before they showed her. They took us to the apartment ... imagine our shock when she opened the door and the smell hit us! The apartment was trashed, the former tenants garbage lined the walls. It is a good thing I was there with her to explain to her the condition we walked into. How unprofessional to show an apartment not yet cleaned and
