The apartment process can be stressful, and I definitely had a lot of questions. Angie stayed professional and helped me get everything done so I could secure my place. I’m grateful for the help and happy with my new space.

These apartment buildings are infested with mice and roaches. Don’t even waste your time. Pest control doesn’t make a difference, the mice and roaches aren’t going anywhere. It’s literally disgusting

Let me first say that I THANK GOD that I don't have to deal with roaches or rats!! Now, I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review. Overall, the location is great and they keep the community immaculate. We moved here during the memorial day weekend (2021). I was immediately impressed by how the trash area, the grounds and the buildings/hallways were extremely clean. In fact, they clean the halls daily. I LOVE IT! I also love that the unit was impressively clean when I moved in (new new new). I enjoy living here. My only concern is the parking. We have 2 vehicles. We have one resident reserved parking space. Initially we were given a parking sticker to park in a visitor's space but now we have to pay $6/per day if we want to park one of the cars in a visitor's space OR if we h

If I could give this place no stars I would. I experienced poor customer service from both the leasing manager and a few of his agents. The leasing agents lack basic communication skills and management seems unprofessional. They repeatedly lied to me about apartment availability and pricing. The price listed online may seem temping, but don't waste your time on this apartment. Dealing with Capital View and Gateway Gardens has been a complete disaster and I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau.
